Launching the Mentoring Programme for Emerging Designers

The ARCA Project is thrilled to unveil a 6-week online mentoring programme designed specifically for the three selected emerging fashion designers from the ARCA Open Call. This programme sets the stage for collaboratively crafting an Agender Circular Capsule Wardrobe. Guided by industry experts and project partners like Baumhaus, Lantoki, and Circular Berlin, the participants will gain invaluable insights from invited speakers.

Weekly Schedule

  • Keynote Session:
Experts will teach about crucial topics for developing a capsule collection. Speakers include both project partners and invited industry professionals specializing in agender fashion, circular fashion, modular clothing, and more.
  • Co-creation sessions:
The participants will engage in collaborative working sessions, facilitated by our project partners. This is a space to exchange ideas and co-create the capsule collection.
  • Catch-up session and Collection development: An online session where the three designers will meet to discuss progress and carry out the programme assignments (sewing prototypes, sketches, pattern making, etc).
